Finance Director
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Director - Controller to join our team at Main Building, KCHC. As the Finance Director - Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization, ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations, and providing financial guidance to the executive team. You will play a critical role in the financial success of the organization, and will be expected to provide strategic financial insights to support decision-making processes.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- CPA or CMA certification
- Experience in healthcare finance; Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC)
- Experience in grants
- Experience with financial software systems
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the organization, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
