Construction Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a strong background in tilt-wall/ ground-up construction to join a successful team in one of the fastest growing cities in the United States.
Salary range: up to $140,000 per year
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all phases of tilt-wall construction projects, ensuring timely and high-quality completion.
- Oversee smooth project transitions from structural construction to interior fit-outs and final closeout.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively with project teams, subcontractors, and clients.
- Uphold strict safety, quality, and scheduling standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Finalize all closeout processes, ensuring client satisfaction and documentation accuracy.
- Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tilt-wall construction project management.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is desired.
- Retail project experience preferred.
- Proven ability to transition projects into interior phases successfully.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with construction management tools and software.
- Willingness to relocate to Raleigh, with relocation assistance provided.
