They specialise in the design, engineering and project management for restoration, facades and Landmark Buildings.
They have a diverse portfolio of work including masonry, roofing solutions and façade restoration.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight: Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and to the highest quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of excellence and client satisfaction.
- Client Relations: Maintain direct communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring their vision is realized.
- Compliance and Safety: Ensure all projects adhere to current safety regulations and sustainable building practices, reflecting our dedication to safeguarding investments and minimizing environmental impact.
Experience Required
- At least 5 years of experience working in the NY/NJ Construction industry
- At least 2 years spent working as a Project Manager working for a speciality contractor or General Contractor
- Bachelor’s Degree in construction management, engineering or similar related field is preferred
- Familiarity with restoration projects, especially involving historic or landmark buildings, is advantageous
