Role Overview
- Leading the preconstruction & estimating process for complex commercial projects
- Developing accurate conceptual and schematic budgets to guide project feasibility
- Collaborating with owners, architects, and subcontractors to provide cost analysis and value engineering solutions
- Managing trade coverage, bid leveling, and risk assessment to ensure competitive pricing
- Reviewing project scopes, schedules, and constructability for feasibility
- Utilizing CM methodologies to guide cost planning & procurement strategies
