Senior Estimator

A leading national General Contractor with revenue in excess of $400m per year is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their team in Dallas. This firm specializes in high-end commercial interiors, delivering projects across various sectors with precision, speed, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the preconstruction and estimating process for commercial interior projects
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and value engineering strategies
- Collaborate with subcontractors, clients, and internal teams to develop accurate pricing and project scopes
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and assess risks for each project
- Assist in bidding, procurement, and contract negotiations
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial interiors
- Prior experience working for a General Contractor is preferred
- Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, take-offs, and bid management
- Proficiency in estimating software (On-Screen Takeoff)
- Ability to manage multiple estimates simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
