Essential Functions:
- Provide supervision and oversee daily warehouse operations
- Supervise and coach warehouse personnel, including assigning tasks and tracking performance
- Provide administrative support to the team via web-based time and attendance system
- Research, identify and audit processes to streamline warehouse operations
- Oversee the timely and accurate processing of orders, including picking, packing, and shipping
- Attend and participate in regularly scheduled and impromptu meetings
- Enforce safety protocols and OSHA standards to maintain a secure work environment
- Complete inspections on specified forklifts and company vehicles
- Manage inventory accuracy and optimize stock levels
- Handle discipline of employees as needed and in accordance with company policy
- Enforce Kinter policies and procedures
- Work beyond normal business hours as needed to complete projects and required shipments
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Computer and inventory experience
- Oversee a team of 10 employees
- Standing for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to make repetitive movements, including moving of the wrists/and or fingers, bending, or squatting
- Adjusting or moving objects up to 50 pounds
- This position is based in a high-activity warehouse with a moderate noise level
- Minimal local travel for pickups and deliveries as needed
