About the Position
The Dealer Development Manager at Kinze Manufacturing, Inc. is a critical role that requires a strong leader to drive growth and success within our dealership network. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that ensure high-performing dealerships throughout Illinois, Iowa, and Nebraska.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dealer Network Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding the Kinze Dealer network, conducting thorough market research and analysis to ensure alignment with company strategic goals.
- Dealership Development and Support: Research and identify potential dealership candidates, developing and maintaining a pipeline of qualified prospects for expansion efforts, and providing comprehensive dealer support.
- Performance Metrics and Evaluation: Develop and track performance metrics to evaluate dealer performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing targeted solutions.
- Strategic Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and success within the dealership network, aligning with company objectives and market trends.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or related field.
- Experience: 5-7 years dealership development experience and/or agricultural business lending, with a background in agriculture, construction, or heavy machinery.
- Skills: Strong leadership skills, professional articulation, persuasive abilities, client-service orientation, initiative-taking, ability to identify customer needs and resolve issues quickly, and highly responsive to customer requests.
