- Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency is a must. Adobe InDesign experience is very helpful.

Front of House Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Interviewing, hiring and training staff
- Policy enforcement
- Employee Schedules
- Team building and motivating staff, leading shift meetings
- Making sure staff is updated with knowledge and information needed
- Floor charts and assigning sections
- Managing Servers, Hosts, Bartenders and Bussers
- Handling guest concerns
- Quality Control
- Opening/Closing restaurant duties
- Wine and Liquor inventory
- Executing in-house special events
- Handling any issues on the fly
