WHAT THE ROLE ENTAILS

As a Healthcare Front Desk Receptionist, your day will start with greeting patients as they walk in, offering a warm welcome and a helping hand. You'll check in up to 150 patients per day, manage appointments, and ensure a smooth patient flow. Whether you're working the morning shift or the afternoon shift, you'll juggle tasks like processing payments (including online transactions) and staying on top of patient records with ease. Working alongside a supportive team, you'll keep everything organized and running smoothly, all while providing excellent customer service to every patient!

WORK SCHEDULE

• Position Type: Part-time (24-30 hours per week)
• Shifts: 7:15 AM to 1:15 PM or 11:00 AM to 6:30 PM

We are looking for two candidates to fill this position. One will work the morning shift while the other will work the afternoon shift!
