Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim System Director of Care Coordination in Wisconsin, Michigan, and Minnesota .
This System director will have seven to eight direct reports and approximately 135 indirect FTEs reporting up to it.
Requirements:
- BSN required with Master’s Degree in nursing, business, or health care administration required.
- RN license in Wisconsin or Michigan.
- System Director level experience at a multi-site health system required.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900- $950 per day ($234,000 – $247,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
