Kirby Bates Associates, a national healthcare leadership firm, has an engagement opportunity for an Interim VP of Care Management in New York. The leader will Oversee daily operations and implement successful solutions that are evidence-informed and measurable and partner with Utilization Review, Revenue Cycle and Clinical leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing required, Master’s degree in Health or Business preferred.
- 5 years of care management/utilization management experience in a hospital or ambulatory setting.
- Case Management Certification (ACM, CCM, HCQM, CMAC) preferred.
- Leadership experience within a union environment preferred.
Our leaders receive an attractive compensation package including housing, transportation, and regular travel home.
The pay rate for this position is $900- $950 per day ($234,000– $247,000 annually). The final pay rate is determined by experience, expertise, and education.
