High School Diploma or GED
Solid work history OR Work Ethics Certificate
Can work overtime as needed
18 years or older
Able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 pounds
Able to see and identify colors
Able to measure, use tools, interpret visual aids, and perform simple math
Physical Requirements:
Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to differentiate color variations
Ability to stand and work with arms at or above shoulder height for extended periods of time
Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift
Able to lift floor to waist, lift waist to shoulder, and lift floor to up to 72”
Able to reach 72” to operate the Braider*
Make coordinated arm, hand, and finger movements
Ability to use hand tools requiring grasping, pinching, twisting, pushing, and pulling motions **
Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle, or feel standard production equipment; and reach with hands and arms
Ability to safely move throughout the production floor
Flexible to work shifts, overtime, and weekends when required
