A High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
Strong ability to accurately measure, use tools, interpret visual aids, discern color, and perform simple shop math.
Listen effectively when others are speaking.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to read & follow written and verbal instructions
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong ability to detect and correct quality problems and have computer literacy

Physical Requirements include:
Ability to push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand and work with arms at or above shoulder height for extended periods of time
Ability to stand for the duration of the assigned shift
Able to lift floor to waist, lift waist to shoulder, and lift floor to up to 72”
Able to reach 72” to operate the Braider*
Make coordinated arm, hand, and finger movements
Ability to use hand tools requiring grasping, pinching, twisting, pushing, and pulling motions **
Use hands repetitively to operate, finger, handle, or feel standard production equipment. and reach with hands and arms.
Ability to safely move throughout the production floor
Flexible to work shift, overtime and weekends when required
Hours are primarily First Shift 6 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Second Shift 3:30 p.m. - 2:00 a.m.
