We have a position available in the Quality Department as a Quality Specialist at the Kirby Risk Service Center in Lafayette, IN!

Primary Responsibilities:
Assists the Quality Department in developing, implementing, and documenting quality standards and procedures.
Supports departments to help improve quality, equipment, and inspection of products.
Provides reports and analysis of non-conformances to include root cause and corrective action.
Collaborates with customers and suppliers on quality improvement both internally and externally.
Facilitates training of the Quality System to production employees.
Documents and analyzes information for product and process improvement.

College degree in technical field and 3 years ISO/QS or equivalent experience.
Understands statistical process control.
Comprehends and grasps blueprint reading.
Experience with Microsoft Office
High level of organization, with the ability to multitask and meet several deadlines at once.
Ability to learn and apply new knowledge/skills.
Hours and Travel: 7:00 am-4:00 pm Monday-Friday. Overtime as needed. Minimal travel for service trips or training.
