Position: Driver Helper
As a Driver Helper, you’ll be an essential part of a two-person crew helping to provide top-tier waste collection service to our residential customers.
What You'll Do
✅ Stay Safe
- Operate truck mechanisms and equipment safely
- Ride on the outside step of the truck in low-speed areas
- Follow all Maybin safety procedures
- Attend required safety and training meetings
✅ Be On Time
- Early start time: 5:00 AM, Monday–Thursday (4-day work week!)
- Arrive on time and ready to roll each day
✅ Stay Active
- Climb on and off the truck frequently
- Lift and empty garbage and recycling receptacles
- Be on your feet and moving throughout the shift
✅ Be Tough & Reliable
- Work in all weather conditions (except icy roads)
- Show up, rain or shine—reliability is everything in our industry

What We Require
- Must be at least 18 years old

Pay: $15.87 - $16.74 per hour
