Not only is trash pickup clean, it's an essential function that rids the world of harmful waste. No job says, "We care" better than this one. At Maybin's Trash Service, we think of ourselves not as a "garbage company" but as a service company that does garbage.
Therefore we are looking for a few high-character individuals to join our team. We want people with a mind to elevate the "garbage industry" into the quality-service industry it truly is. Consistency, courtesy, and utter reliability are traits we prize above all else.
Speaking of employees, we are seeking a Driver Helper.
What You'll Do
Be Safe
- Operate packing mechanism/levers on back of truck
- Ride on the outside of truck in low mph areas
- Follow safe operating practices in accordance to Maybin safety rules, DOT, and OSHA.
- Participate and attend all safety, staff or training meetings as required.
Be Punctual
- We start early – 5:00 am Monday - Thursday
Be Active
- Climb on and off the back of the truck/in and out of the cab throughout the day
- Pick up trash
- Empty receptacles
- Ride on the outside of truck in low mph areas
Be Tough
- Operate in rain, shine, heat, or cold (NOT in ice)
- Reliability is king in this industry

Pay: $15.87 - $16.74 per hour
