We are looking for a motivated Shop Manager to lead the charge. If you have shop management experience, like to work on the floor with your techs, and thrive in a fast paced work environment, then we want to hear from you!
Kirk NationaLease is a privately owned, full-service truck/trailer leasing and maintenance company, and we are currently looking for a Shop Manager for our Findlay, OH location.
You will manage one of our 25 locations across 10 states. With 50 years in business, we look forward to showing you unprecedented support for your growth, as well as the growth of your team of technicians.
The Shop Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the shop as a business unit. The Shop Manager will plan, direct, and control all by performing the following duties personally or through subordinates: Equipment Repairs, Preventative Maintenance, Parts Management, Daily Rentals, Personnel Administration, and General Management (including P&L Management).
To be considered for this role, you must have 5 years of Diesel Mechanic/Trailer Mechanic experience and be able to perform each essential duties satisfactorily.
