YOUR ROLE
As a Roofing Sales Specialist, you engage with homeowners to address their needs. Your day begins by reviewing warm leads provided by our team. You will conduct thorough inspections to identify any issues and educate customers on the various solutions we offer, including roof repairs, replacements, and rejuvenation services. Utilizing our proven sales process, you will build rapport with clients, guiding them through the decision-making process while ensuring their complete satisfaction. Your efforts will be supported by our experienced team, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality service.
THE MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS TO BE CONSIDERED
- 1 years of experience in sales or customer service (preferably roofing, HVAC, or remodeling)
- Strong desire to succeed and help customers
- Comfortable working outdoors and climbing ladders
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
- Proficient with MS Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent
