What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Director position at Kirkland Court Health and Rehabilitation Center?
Maintenance Supervisor:
Duties:
- Oversee and manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of all equipment and facilities.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and installations.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and provide technical guidance
- Fabricate or modify parts as needed to repair or iprove equipment performance.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address the proactively
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, insluding work orders, inventor, and equipment history.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe workin enviroment.
Experience:
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating/ac
- Project management and leadership roles
- Excellent troubleshooting skill with the ability to diagnose complex problems.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
Job Type: Full time
Pay: $18-$22 per hour depending on experience
Expected hours: 40 hours/week
