Responsibilities
- Assist healthcare professionals by documenting patient interactions, including medical histories, examination findings, and treatment plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely entry of clinical notes into electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Review and edit documentation for completeness and accuracy, following established protocols.
- Collaborate with medical staff to clarify any uncertainties in documentation to ensure high-quality patient records.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance scribing skills and knowledge of medical terminology.
- Support administrative tasks as needed to facilitate smooth clinical operations.
Required and Preferred Qualifications
Required:
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
