About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Professional to join our team at Kisco Senior Living.
This role is ideal for a skilled professional with experience in senior care settings, who can provide exceptional nursing services to residents, prioritizing their physical, psychosocial, and environmental needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess residents' unique needs and develop personalized care plans under the direction of the Assisted Living Director.
- Maintain open communication with residents, reporting any changes or concerns to the Assisted Living Director.
- Provide resident care activities, contributing to the Medication Management Program and assisting with care plans.
- Demonstrate knowledge of emergency procedures and respond appropriately in critical situations.
- Document evaluation of nursing interventions, including resident responses.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- A graduate of an accredited RN/LVN/LPN program.
- A minimum of one year's experience as a nurse in a senior care setting.
- Some Assisted living and/or dementia experience is preferred.
