Sous Chef

Our Sous Chefs @ Drake Terrace supervise and plan the preparation of high quality/presentation food to our residents, guests, and associates, to promote an excellent restaurant-style dining atmosphere.

This is a full-time position, Thursday-Monday 1030am - 700pm.

Pay $26-$30/hr DOE

Hiring Bonus $500

What will I do every day?

• Assist in the production of creatively designed menus
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef on new dishes which appeal o the residents
• Assist the Executive Chef in organizing the kitchen and schedule
• Maintain kitchen and food preparation in a clean and sanitary manner
• Train and develop new kitchen associates
  
  
  

What will I need to be successful in this role?

• Bring a smile to work every day

• Be a high school graduate (preferred)
