Kismet Holdings Group is a medical device company that designs, manufactures, distributes, and markets to the physical therapy, rehab, athletic training and chiropractic markets. Kismet is looking for a shipping/logistics and admin clerk to help propel Kismet’s growth in Georgetown, TN.
This professional would be responsible for efficiently preparing and processing customer orders for shipment. This includes working with various freight carriers to ensure safe and timely deliveries while adhering to company policy on recoding of shipments as well as maintaining inventory accuracy. The candidate would also be responsible for properly receiving incoming shipments domestically and internationally, keeping the offices and warehouse clean and organized, and providing general office admin assistance to the executive staff.
Requirements:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to learn and utilize 3rd party shipping software packages
· Detail oriented to manage all aspects of preparing a shipment without errors
· Prudent on maintaining inventory accuracy
· Knowledge of Quickbooks is a plus
· Ability to lift 50lbs is a must
· Strong communications skills to work with other individuals in the company as well as to communicate with customers
Nice work/life balance schedule: Tuesday-Friday 9:30-3:30 at office in Georgetown, TN (no work-at-home option)
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 per week
