Job Description Summary
A/R Specialist is responsible for verifying customers' A/R payments and validating chargebacks thru substantiation of back-up documents, contracts and/or communication with internal teams as well as customers' A/P. Invalid chargebacks are to be claimed while A/R Specialist clears valid ones in SAP system by issuing CM. A/R Specialist is also to analyze/investigate each customer’s performance report and chargebacks to improve the Company’s net income by closely working with internal operational/administrative teams as well as outside professionals.

Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.

Responsibilities
Job Description:
- Payment Processing: Record customer payments and deductions in SAP.
- Collections: Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up via email, phone, or written communication.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze accounts performance reports, aging reports, and assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances professionally and promptly.
- Process Improvement: Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable processes.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s / Associate’s degree in business field preferred
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail with dedication to accuracy and excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze documents and resolve disputes in a timely manner
