Key responsibilities
Content Development and Management
- Develop corporate communications content for various channels to enhance the visibility and awareness of the company’s mission and values.
- Ideate, draft, and edit corporate press releases and copies related to events, news, awards, social impact campaigns, and accolades to be implemented across all communications channels such as websites, social media, job sites, etc.
- In close collaboration with cross-functional teams, support the drafting, review, and editing of corporate communications materials such as company-wide emails, memos, and presentations.
- Manage regular updates and seamless operation of the company intranet, ensuring timely access to news and information across HQ and global offices.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content and channel strategy for internal communication, spanning the company intranet, internal newsletters, all-staff emails, presentations, blog posts, and all-hands meetings.
- Develop and manage strategic internal communications initiatives and campaigns to support improved networking and knowledge management across all teams and offices.
- Contribute to executive and change management communications to support clear messaging and positioning around new strategies, policies, and programs, in close partnership with C-suite leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional teams.
- Design and implement key social impact and sustainability partnerships at local and regional levels, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Foster and manage positive relationships with local community organizations, including key social impact and sustainability partners.
- Develop and manage strategic media relations with local and regional media.
- Manage regular updates and seamless operation of the corporate website and job/social platforms, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency, performance, and engagement of internal messages, showcasing a forward-thinking approach to communications trends.
- Oversee budgets and expenses for communications initiatives, ensuring efficient allocation of funds and resources to meet team goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate communications, with experience in content development
- Experience in developing and implementing strategic communications strategies
- Excellent writing, editing, and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of digital communications platforms and tools
- Experience in change management communications
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels of the organization
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Korean language skills are a plus
