The anticipated compensation range is

Job Description
- Review and determine required inventory and release purchase orders.
- Manage optimal inventory level in all different plants
- Coordinates purchasing activities with manufacturing to acquire inventory in a cost effective and in timely manner
- Effectively monitoring and control purchase orders and update delivery schedule to related teams.
- working with supply chain manager with maintaining inventory levels and materials,
- Effectively communicating with sales to ensure all orders are fulfilled
- Comparing and analyzing price, quality, availability and term and conditions of suppliers.
- Negotiating contracts with suppliers.
- Evaluating the quality of products and suppliers
- Ensure suppliers continuously meet or exceed company expectation and needs.
- Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and suppliers.
- Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and improve deals for the company
- An understanding of purchase order software platforms and MRP systems
- Good attention detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate
- Ability to work with a team
- Math skills to make sure all calculations are correct and avoid any unforeseen losses for the company
- IT skills to troubleshoot essential computer programs.
