Job Description
- Assist in planning and executing departmental goals and strategies.
- Support daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Conduct market research and analysis to plan and execute new product development.
- Support the product development process, ensuring quality and adherence. to timelines.
- Independently plan, manage, and complete personal projects that contribute to company goals.
- Analyze performance data and provide insights for improvement.
- Manage schedules, meetings, and reports using Office 365 to streamline team workflows.
- Contribute to employee training, performance evaluations, and team development.
- Address and resolve team or project-related issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, standards, and procedures.
