Job Description Summary :
The Walmart Sales Analyst is a key strategic partner supporting the Walmart Senior Sales Director and Sales / Analytics Manager. This role requires strong analytical expertise and the ability to translate complex data into compelling insights that influence key decision-makers. The business is sku intensive across five categories. The analyst should be an expert storyteller with the ability to drive business strategies.
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Develop and enhance a comprehensive weekly tracking report detailing sales performance at the category, segment, and item levels, both in-store and online. Including actionable insights to assist team members and Walmart merchants in their decision-making process.
- Provide feature / display sales tracking and analytics, including sell-through rates markdowns and access the shopper effectiveness by tracking new customers, cross shop, and basket size.
- Measure performance and impact of assortment, promotions, pricing, and placement. Communicate results effectively across the business and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance performance.
- Manage item attribution for our portfolio within Luminate / Scintilla.
- Monitor and assess the quality of current digital content on Walmart.com to ensure there are no errors with products on Walmart.com and that all our products are visible to consumers by utilizing Supplier Center.
- Support sales leadership in delivering and presenting data-driven insights to support line reviews and meetings, justifying business decisions. Key data types may include sales performance, consumer insights, and competitive analysis.
- Provide Ad Hoc assistance for team members whenever needed. May be required to utilize platforms like Luminate / Scintillia Shopper Behavior, Luminate / Scintilla Report Builder, and Circana.
- Travel : Quarterly visits to KISS HQ in NY

The anticipated compensation range is
70,000.00 - 95,000.00 USD Annual
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
