Job Description
We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

The anticipated compensation range is

◼ Onboarding/Offboarding PC Preparation
- Prepare and seat IT devices for new hires and assist with equipment retrieval and initialization for departing employees
- Reviewing the IT asset list provided to HQ employees, checking the status of the assets and reflecting them in the asset management system (accurate asset management)
- Organize the inventory of company IT devices and reflect them in the asset management system
- Documented IT-related troubleshooting methods and work procedures, including documentation libraries, file organization
- Troubleshoot simple IT issues for users, provide account management and equipment support.
