We are looking for passionate college or university students who are currently enrolled or will be enrolled in Fall 2025, majoring in a relevant field. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work 36 hours per week (Monday – Thursday, 9 AM – 5:30 PM). The program will run for no more than 12 weeks, with a minimum commitment of 6 weeks.

- Assist in package and artwork updates for lash products, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Support version changes of lash packaging, collaborating with the design and marketing teams to refine product visuals.
- Participate in market research to identify emerging trends and contribute to innovative lash product enhancements.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions for new lash product designs and improvements based on consumer insights.
- Help in organizing and managing sample requests, approvals, and testing processes.
