Job Description Summary :
A / R Specialist is responsible for verifying customers' A / R payments and validating chargebacks thru substantiation of back-up documents, contracts and / or communication with internal teams as well as customers' A / P. Invalid chargebacks are to be claimed while A / R Specialist clears valid ones in SAP system by issuing CM. A / R Specialist is also to analyze / investigate each customer's performance report and chargebacks to improve the Company's net income by closely working with internal operational / administrative teams as well as outside professionals.
Job Description : Responsibilities :
- Payment Processing : Record customer payments and deductions in SAP.
- Collections : Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up via email, phone, or written communication.
- Account Reconciliation : Reconcile customer accounts, resolve payment discrepancies, and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Reporting : Prepare and analyze accounts performance reports, aging reports, and assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, payments, and account balances professionally and promptly.
- Process Improvement : Identify and recommend opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the accounts receivable processes.
- Compliance : Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

The anticipated compensation range is
21.50 - 39.75 USD Hourly
Actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
