The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Fleet Manager. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry. Located at Kissimmee CDJR, the Fleet Manager at Kissimmee Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our vehicle fleet, including acquiring, maintaining, assigning, and managing vehicles to ensure efficient operations, safety compliance, and cost optimization.

Responsibilities:
- Selecting the right vehicles for the fleet based on needs, budgeting for new purchases, managing vehicle lease agreements, and determining when to retire vehicles
- Scheduling preventive maintenance, managing vehicle repairs, overseeing mechanic operations, and ensuring proper vehicle servicing to minimize downtime
- Ensuring adherence to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding vehicle registration, inspections, and driver licensing
- Creating and managing the fleet budget, forecasting future vehicle needs, and identifying potential cost-saving strategies
- Purchasing vehicles to expand and/or enhance the fleet
- Scheduling regular maintenance on all vehicles

- Minimum of 3 years experience in automotive industry
- Previous experience in a leadership or managerial role preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and goal-oriented environment
- Proficient in using relevant technology and systems
- Flexible schedule including weekends and evenings as needed
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
