What You’ll Do

Create Winning Proposals & Presentations
Collaborate with pursuit teams to design compelling proposals, presentations, and other materials that effectively communicate our value and tell the Kitchell story. -
Develop Creative Content
Design compelling graphics, write dynamic content, and keep an eye on the latest marketing trends. Use the latest marketing technologies, including AI tools, to keep our messaging fresh and effective. -
Tell Our Story
Create engaging digital content that showcases our projects, culture, and successes across external and internal platforms. From social media posts to internal updates, you'll help share what makes Kitchell unique. -
Support Event Planning
Help plan and coordinate company and client events, ensuring every detail is executed smoothly. -
Maintain Marketing Data
Manage and organize information in our CRM database, including project details and employee updates, ensuring accuracy and consistency. -
Conduct Market Research
Stay informed about industry trends and conduct research to support our marketing strategies and keep us competitive. -
Collaborate Across Teams
Work closely with internal team members and external partners to create high-quality deliverables and maintain strong working relationships.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 3-5 years of A/E/C proposal and design experience required
Work Environment:
- General office environment
- Onsite work may be required for specific projects or events.
Physical Requirements:
- Visual and manual dexterity for computer work, with the ability to endure continual hours of computer work.
