The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to expand our market presence, engage with clients, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities :
- Marketing Campaigns and Content Creation :
Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote ProCraft Cabinetry products and services.
Create engaging and professional content for various channels, including websites, social media, email newsletters, and print materials.Collaborate with the sales team to create product guides, catalogs, and promotional flyers.Social Media and Digital Marketing :Manage and grow the company’s presence on social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.
Plan and execute paid social media and digital advertising campaigns.Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ensure ROI.Client Engagement and Branding :Develop strategies to strengthen ProCraft Cabinetry's brand recognition in the market.
Organize and coordinate events such as trade shows, open houses, and workshops to engage with wholesale clients and partners.Work with clients to provide marketing materials that help showcase ProCraft Cabinetry in their showrooms and promotions.Website Management and Analytics :Collaborate to update and maintain the company website to ensure accurate and current product information.
Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track website performance and suggest improvements.Vendor and Partner Collaboration :Build relationships with vendors and marketing partners to explore co-branding opportunities.
Collaborate with cabinetry designers to create lifestyle imagery and visual content.Market Research and Reporting :Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive analysis, and customer needs.
Prepare monthly marketing reports to present performance insights and recommendations for improvement.Qualifications and Skills :
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.Experience : 1-3 years in a marketing role, preferably within the home improvement, cabinetry, or wholesale industry.Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and marketing platforms such as Mailchimp and HubSpot.Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively in a team environment.Familiarity with cabinetry or interior design is a plus but not required.What We Offer :
