Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our kitchen and bath remodeling team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of remodeling projects by coordinating schedules, managing materials, communicating with clients and subcontractors, and supporting the project team from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, remodeling, or a related field, along with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination & Scheduling:
• Assist in planning and coordinating kitchen and bath remodeling projects from inception to completion.
• Schedule and oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and deliveries to ensure projects stay on track.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and milestones, reporting any potential delays or issues to the Project Manager.
• Work closely with designers, installers, and vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Client Communication & Support:
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing questions, concerns, and project updates.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, site visits, and walkthroughs.
• Ensure all client selections (materials, fixtures, finishes, etc.) are documented and ordered on time.
Materials & Documentation Management:
• Track and manage inventory, orders, and deliveries for project materials.
• Maintain accurate records of project documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and invoices.
• Assist in reviewing and approving supplier and subcontractor invoices.
Quality Control & Problem-Solving:
• Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed to company and client standards.
• Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience: 2 years in project coordination, construction, remodeling, or a related field (kitchen & bath remodeling experience preferred).
• Education: High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in construction management, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and CRM tools.
• Knowledge: Understanding of kitchen and bath design, materials, and remodeling processes.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Additional Requirements: Valid driver’s license and ability to visit job sites as needed.
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
