**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales & Design Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design and remodeling projects and a passion for sales and customer service. As a Sales & Design Associate, you will be responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive experience through the remodeling project. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train anyone with a genuine interest in home design.

**Duties:**

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

- Be able to work with various flooring materials, tile, cabinetry, countertops, plumbing fixtures, and other accessories

- Utilize interior design skills to help customers with layout design decisions

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor

- Collaborate with the team to expand design techniques and stay up to date with trends

- Assist with general office duties

**Experience:**

- Proven experience in sales, with a focus on remodeling or interior design products

- Excellent attention to detail and a good eye for color

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in renovating or remodeling projects is advantageous

- Basic computer skills required and bonus if proficient in Excel, Word and other design/cad software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
