Position Overview:
As a Kitchen & Bath Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of kitchen and bath remodeling projects, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish. You will coordinate with project managers, installers, suppliers, and clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining high customer satisfaction. This role requires frequent travel to project sites within Virginia Beach.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee kitchen and bath remodeling projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
Manage and coordinate installers, ensuring adherence to project timelines and company standards.
Conduct site visits to assess project progress, resolve issues, and provide on-site support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, ensuring a smooth remodeling experience.
Work closely with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to streamline project execution.
Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Address customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Proven experience (1–3 years preferred) in project management for kitchen and bath remodeling.
Strong ability to manage and coordinate installers efficiently.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Must have reliable transportation for daily local travel.
Based in or willing to relocate to Virginia Beach, VA before the start date.
Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: $50,000 – $80,000 per year (based on experience) Bonus Opportunities.
