We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Kitchen & Bath Cabinetry Sales professional to join our team. This role is specifically designed for individuals who are passionate about working with builders and remodelers in the greater Charlotte NC market, helping them bring their projects to life from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new builder and remodeler clients, developing strong relationships, and overseeing their projects through every stage—from the initial sales and design phase to final installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Actively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the builder and remodeler market. Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, utilizing both inbound and outbound sales strategies.
- Sales & Design: Work closely with builders/remodelers and their clients to understand their project needs, offering tailored kitchen, bath, & storage design. Create detailed design proposals and provide expert product recommendations that align with client budgets and project specifications.
- Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, ensuring seamless coordination between design, procurement, and installation teams. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and addressing any issues that may arise throughout the project.
- Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with builder and remodeler clients, ensuring their satisfaction and repeat business. Provide exceptional customer service and create opportunities for future projects.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including designers, installers, and procurement, to ensure that each project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in kitchen and bath sales, specifically with builders and remodelers
- Strong understanding of kitchen and bath design trends, products, and installation processes
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to client acquisition and project management
- Knowledge of construction and remodeling processes is a plus
- Proficient in 20/20 Design Software
