WHAT IS THE OBJECTIVE OF A TEAM LEAD AT GIRLS DAY OUT?
The team lead assists the manager of Girls Day Out with the store. His / her schedule will align with the manager, and the team lead will assist with managing in-store tasks. He / she will assist the manager in leading the team, merchandising the product, and achieving the daily sales goal in each store. A Burnley Enterprises Team Lead ensures the stores’ success by utilizing BE’s non-negotiables. He / she is willing to perform all essential functions, engage and maintain customer relationships, and develop product knowledge for the vendors carried in the store.
