Work Week : Monday- Friday
Hours : 6 : 00 am- 3 : 00 pm. Additional overtime may be required.

Key Roles
Lead machining team (sets schedule, work assignments, lead daily huddle, challenge team)
Supports internal and external customers with machined parts, tooling, modifications and repair
Identify skill gaps and provide training
Establish and maintain reliability and safety standards
Provides technical input and collaborate with maintenance manager for development / improvement of reliability program
Reinforces safety policies with team and provides regular assessment to SUP manager
Project management
Works with engineering to determine materials, machining requirements, outside services.
Works with SUP manager to set schedule, prioritizations.
Oversee purchasing of raw materials, tooling, and supplies
Work with SUP manager in identifying cost reduction opportunities

Duties and Responsibilities
Fixture design and manufacturing
Receiving production materials
Advanced CAD Design
R&D building receiving
Use CAM software to program Mills, Lathes, and EDM’s
Run morning standups
Develop and track metrics and KPI’s
Prioritize and delegate work
5S implementation and auditing
