What does the position entail?
We’re looking for a creative, team-oriented, and passionate individual to join our growing Contact Center team. As a Contact Center Agent / Inside Sales Representative, you will help grow and maintain Kitchen Magic’s appointment setting goals—including but not limited to setting and confirming appointments while exhibiting a high level of customer service.

- Provide a high level of customer service by representing the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown an interest in kitchen remodeling to arrange for a free in-home design consultation.
- Scheduling customer appointments.
- Understand and support company best practices and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers.
- Provide a high level of detail in customer follow up and paperwork.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- High sense of urgency and self-motivation a must.
- Ability to improvise and provide solutions based on customer interaction.
- Have a growth mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
YOUR CREDENTIALS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior contact center experience a plus.
- Experience in customer service highly desired.
- 1 – 2 years’ work experience preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States for any employer.
- Able to commute to the corporate office in PA on a regular basis.
- Position is primarily work from home which requires a quiet, distraction free environment.
- Must have reliable internet access.
- Must be willing to work a varying schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
