Job Description

As an In-Home Sales & Remodeling Consultant with Kitchen Tune-Up, you will enjoy the flexibility to work independently while earning a commission based on your performance. Reporting directly to the owner, you will have the opportunity to establish a complete territory in the business's residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities Include

Client Engagement:

• Actively prospect and generate new business opportunities through networking, existing contacts, direct reach out, securing commercial contracts, developing new opportunities, and referrals.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and guide them through the process.
• Seek out and build new relationships and contacts with commercial customers.
  
  

Sales Process Management

• Prepare and present detailed proposals and quotes to clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to project close.
• Manage the pipeline and set your schedule, allowing you to achieve your income goals flexibly.
• Become an expert and leader in the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).
• Meet and or exceed Key Performance Indicators in Sales and Close Rate.
  
  

Project Coordination

• Gather and provide accurate and detailed information to the installation team.
• Develop a comprehensive scope of work and communicate as required to the install team.
• Collect and organize pictures of the project site before, during, and after the project for documentation and client updates.
  
  

Customer Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Address any client concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain working knowledge of our products and services, keeping up to date on trends in kitchen design.
• Track and maintain notes in our CRM software.
  
  

Collaboration

• Work closely with the design and installation teams to meet client expectations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements.
• Collaborate with the team to share insights and success stories, helping others grow.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or home improvement is a plus but not required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based position. Our competitive commission structure allows you to earn unlimited income based on your sales performance. Our top-performing consultants enjoy rewarding financial success, with earnings well above the industry standard. The commission is based on various factors, enabling a skilled sales consultant to boost their earning potential.

Commission Based Pay: $75,000 - $125,000/year.

At Kitchen Tune-Up Irvine Dana Point, we are looking for a career-minded In-Home Sales Consultant who is eager to learn new techniques and is searching for a stable, well-paying career. This position will specifically support our Irvine, Trabuco Canyon, and Silverado Ranch communities; however, there may be times when this role also includes activities in South Orange County.

Compensation: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
