We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Full-Time Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, excellent multitasking skills, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment. This role involves managing various administrative tasks, including order entry, photo organization, appointment scheduling, lead follow up and as well as data tracking and reporting.

Responsibilities:
· Use our CRM system to track customer contacts, data and appointments
· Support new prospects and lead generation by making outbound calls on interested prospects
· Answer and respond to Inbound phone calls – schedule a new appointment or direct the call as needed
· Support the management and tracking of all incoming leads by scheduling new contacts for a first, initial appointment with one of our Design Consultants
· Support the paperwork, tasks and duties associated with month-end reporting, the closing out of customer jobs and company financial reports and tracking
· Support and conduct the tasks and duties associated with the post job process (job submissions, photos, review requests, and more)
· Support photo organization and marketing content by organizing before and after photos, categorizing photos and creating side by side comparisons with a template
· Use our vendor and supplier ordering systems to order supplies and materials as needed for customer jobs and the office in general
· Help set up, plan, organize, and execute Home Show’s, Marketing and Employee events
· Support social media and marketing content and efforts – track and share content provided
· Support the sales and operations teams with tasks as needed
· Create, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and playbooks to ensure consistent and efficient company processes
· Suggest and propose ideas on how to automate or improve data, analytics and operations
· Help with additional office tasks as they arise
· Perform other duties as needed
Skills and Requirements:

- Computer and smartphone proficient.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
