Position Overview
As a Marketing Coordinator, you’ll help shape and share the Kitestring story. From building digital campaigns to supporting proposals, your work will elevate our brand, attract top talent and clients, and promote our presence across industries and communities. You’ll collaborate with leadership, sales, recruiters, and creatives to keep our marketing consistent, compelling, and forward-thinking.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who’s organized, creative, and driven to make an impact.
What You’ll Do
Website Management & Updates
Maintain and update website content to reflect current industries (e.g., Retail, Supply Chain) and service offerings
Collaborate with design or dev teams on layout or UX improvements
Ensure site content follows SEO best practices and brand standards
Content Development
Develop marketing content including case studies (interviewing SMEs or clients), blog posts, articles, and visual assets
Partner with designers on infographics, banners, and branded materials
Maintain consistent voice, tone, and messaging across all content
Newsletter & Email Campaigns
Draft and coordinate newsletters and nurture sequences for clients and prospects
Collaborate with leadership and SMEs to refine messaging
Manage distribution and performance tracking using marketing automation tools
Proposal & Sales Enablement Support
Assist in drafting, editing, and formatting client-facing proposals and pitch decks
Maintain updated proposal templates, team bios, and service descriptions
Ensure clarity, polish, and brand consistency in all materials
Social Media & Brand Presence
Create, schedule, and publish social media content, especially on LinkedIn, to showcase team wins, industry insights, and Kitestring culture
Monitor trends and competitors to inspire content strategies
Conference & Event Marketing
Support tradeshow, community, and internal event marketing
Prepare branded materials (signage, digital assets, swag, speaker bios)
Coordinate logistics and marketing promotion around events
Reporting & Organization
Track and report on performance across email, website, and social platforms
Maintain organized content calendars, asset libraries, and dashboards
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
Prior years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital media (internships welcome) is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with tools like Canva, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
Experience with LinkedIn content creation or social media management is a plus
Organized self-starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
Interest in tech, recruiting, or consulting industries is a bonus
Must be located in or able to commute daily to Bentonville, AR
