About the Role:
Kitsap Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Engagement Manager to join our team. This role involves connecting the marketing team with internal business partners to ensure seamless management and communication of plans, projects, and campaigns. The ideal candidate will excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectively. They should be critical thinkers, problem solvers, and skilled writers, adept at crafting compelling content and communicating ideas clearly and creatively.
As a Marketing Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Member Lifecyle Management:
- Design, implement, and optimize marketing experiences across multiple channels to drive engagement, satisfaction, reduce churn, and enhance product experience.
- Collaborate on KPI tracking, identify opportunities for improvement, and provide regular recommendations on reporting and analysis to senior management.
- Responsible for developing presentations on lifecycle plans to communicate and keep management and cross-functional partners informed and aligned.
Marketing Project and Campaign Management:
- Evaluate and prioritize marketing project requests based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and potential impact.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, ensuring they meet budgetary and timeline constraints.
- Prepare communication plans to keep project teams, staff, and executives informed about campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment with overall marketing strategy.
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement by suggesting new ideas and methods.
Content Writing and Management:
- Develop engaging and relevant content for various marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and compliance.
- Review and collaborate with business owners and subject matter experts to ensure all marketing materials are brand-compliant, meet member lifecycle needs, are up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage the production and distribution of printed member materials with strategic marketing insights by ensuring seamless collaboration with business owners, designers, and vendors while maintaining up-to-date and accurate content.
Represent Kitsap Credit Union:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Coordinate logistics, manage event promotion, and track event performance.
- Represent Kitsap Credit union at community events, trade events, and informational activities showcasing our products, services, and culture.
Solutions and Support:
- Identify and implement innovative marketing solutions to enhance department efficiency and effectiveness.
- Plan, organize, and direct daily marketing activities and workflows.
- Manage daily administrative tasks and provide backup support across different areas within the marketing department as needed.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
- Proven experience managing processes and projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union services and products.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software.
- Understand, model, and represent KCU’s Core values.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in with emphasis in Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or similar field.
- Obtain Smartsheet Core Product Certification within 6 months of start.
- Must possess a valid Washington State Driver’s License and successfully pass an annual Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION
- 1 Years of financial services experience.
- CRM and life-cycle marketing experience.
- Experience using Smartsheet (or other project management software).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deliverables.
