Babcock Ranch, America’s first solar powered town seeks an experienced Commercial Leasing Tenant Coordinator in SW Florida to manage tenant relations and leasing activities for new construction projects, including retail, industrial, and commercial properties. Must have experience in coordinating leasing activities from the initial phases of construction through tenant move-in, ensuring a smooth transition and high level of tenant satisfaction. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a thorough understanding of the leasing process, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities:
· Pre-Construction and Lease Preparation:
o Collaborate with the development and construction teams to understand project timelines, specifications, and lease opportunities.
o Coordinate with legal and leasing teams to prepare and finalize lease agreements, amendments, and other documentation.
o Provided accurate and timely cost estimates for anticipated Landlord work.
· Tenant Coordination and Move-In Management:
o Act as the primary point of contact for prospective tenants during the onboarding phases.
o Review the building construction plans to ensure tenant requirements are met but not exceeded.
o Communicate with tenants to ensure timely completion of their construction plans for submission to Ownership and permitting authority.
o Facilitate the tenant move-in process, including coordinating with construction teams to ensure that tenant spaces are ready for occupancy on schedule.
· Lease Administration and Compliance:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lease agreements, tenant communications, and critical dates (e.g., rent commencement, lease expiration).
o Monitor and ensure compliance with lease terms and conditions, addressing any issues that arise.

Skills and Abilities:
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Understanding of commercial lease agreements, property management practices, and construction processes related to new projects.
- Familiarity with retail, industrial, and commercial property types and leasing requirements.
Educations and/or Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial leasing, property management, or a related field, with experience in new construction projects being highly desirable.
- Proven ability to manage leasing activities and tenant relations from pre-construction through move-in.
