About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Weed Management and Control Coordinator to join our team in Kittitas County. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, coordinating, and evaluating the noxious weed control program in our county.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and coordinate the noxious weed control program in Kittitas County.
- Administer the state noxious weed law as prescribed in Chapters 17.04 and 17.10 RCW.
- Develop and enforce policies related to noxious weeds.
- Conduct surveys and assessments to determine the presence and extent of noxious weeds.
- Prepare and submit reports to the Coordinator and the Noxious Weed Board.
- Work collaboratively with other Inspectors and stakeholders to achieve program goals.
