Summary
The primary role of the Project Manager is to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget and that the project's objectives are met, and risks and issues are mitigated. Identify needed workflows and work with upper management to correct gaps.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Interaction with internal stakeholders including senior leaders, internal development and implementation teams.
- Strategic project management, including risk issue assessment and management.
- Plan, track, and assure quality through all project phases.
- Organize and document project meetings.
- Effectively manage internal team, client and stakeholder expectations throughout projects.
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential risks, and create contingency plans.
- Support business development initiatives in the scoping and estimating of new project opportunities.
- Prioritize and multi-task within time and technical constraints.
- Establish effective collaborative working relationships across different functional areas.
- Partner with the finance department and the executive team to drive planning activities and business execution through the budget planning and budget management processes.
