Job Description
KVH is seeking a creative CFO with a passionate and vested interest in rural healthcare. One that skilled in strategically navigating CAH and RHC reimbursement structures. This includes a deep understanding of Medicare Cost Reports, insurance contracts management and negotiations, medical coding, and billing collections practices. The CFO should be data driven in their decision-making practices.
The CFO will have oversight of internal controls, planning, managing, coordinating, implementing, and evaluating all aspects of fiscal services and developing effective relationships within the hospital and with outside organizations. This position also supports KVH’s strategic partners, Kittitas County Public Hospital District #2, KVH Foundation, and the Kittitas County Health Network.
Qualifications
What is required...
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles
- At least 5 years of current healthcare experience in financial management
What is preferred...
- Master’s Degree
- CPA
- FHFMA
Additional Information
Wage: Wage range starts at $187,371/year to $286,349/year. Actual wage will be determined based on previous years' of applicable experience.
FTE: 1.0 = 40 hours/week; Exempt
