Dishwasher

**Overview:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen by efficiently washing and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and equipment. **Duties:** - Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and equipment - Assist with bussing tables and ensuring the dining area is clear of debris - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen by properly storing utensils and supplies - Help with food preparation tasks, such as peeling vegetables or washing fresh produce - Follow proper food handling and preparation techniques to ensure food safety - Collaborate with other kitchen staff to maintain a smooth and efficient service - Assist with catering events and special occasions as needed - Perform other duties as assigned by management **Experience:** Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel kitchen environment is preferred, but not required. Successful applicants will have a strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities. A background in culinary arts or a related field is also a plus. **Skills:** - Experience in a restaurant or hotel setting - Ability to lift heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong understanding of food preparation and handling practices - Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment and cleaning techniques - Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team - Willingness to help with various tasks as needed - Experience with bussing and cleaning duties - Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices - Familiarity with catering events and special occasions - Experience with kitchen equipment and cleaning techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
