Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Fire and Life Safety Director who is licensed and experienced in ensuring the safety of our hotel guests and staff while also performing bellman duties to enhance the guest experience. This dual-role position requires someone who can manage fire and life safety protocols effectively and take pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Fire and Life Safety Director Duties:
Oversee and enforce the hotel’s fire and life safety systems in compliance with local regulations.
Serve as the point of contact during emergencies and coordinate with first responders.
Bellman Duties:
Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional service during check-in and check-out.
Assist guests with luggage handling, room directions, and transportation arrangements.
Deliver items to guest rooms (e.g., amenities, packages, etc.) promptly and courteously.
Provide concierge-style assistance, such as recommending local attractions or restaurants.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby and bellman’s work area.
Qualifications:
Valid Fire and Life Safety Director Certification (required).
Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment (preferred).
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Physical ability to lift luggage and stand for extended periods.
Knowledge of fire safety protocols, building systems, and emergency procedures.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
